Answer 'The Call to Courage' through The Daring Way™
The Daring Way™ program is a highly experiential methodology based on the groundbreaking research by
Dr Brené Brown. The curricula in Daring Greatly™ and Rising Strong™ explores courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy as we move from struggle, fear and scarcity to wholehearted living, loving, parenting, and leading.
This work is transformational for anyone ready to move from struggle — setback, disappointment, failure, heartbreak and loss to relationships and a life based in authenticity, courage, compassion and connection.
As a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (CDWF), I am part of a community of wholehearted practitioners believing in the worthiness of all people. I am dedicated to walking with each person on this part of their tender journey. My goal is to make the world a more courageous place by helping people learn how to show up, be seen, and live brave in their lives.

Daring Greatly™ moves us through the elements of shame resilience and into our arenas as we embrace vulnerability, identify the people and messages that matter most and transform the way we live, love, parent and lead.
Rising Strong™ builds on and emphasizes how the physics of vulnerability guide us to rise from our falls in ways that provide wisdom and abundant courage, resilience, compassion and connection in our lives — all in service of reclaiming our narratives and writing our own authentic story.
